Hard to tell from so little information but there is a bug in newer Nvidia drivers which can slow down the render a LOT. So a frame which took a few seconds suddenly takes 5 minutes or so, it keeps rendering though, just very slow.
If it really stops rendering it could be something entirely different. It should throw some kind of error though. If you render using GPU it could be the driver crashes but hard to tell with this information.
When rendering video I always advise to render frames instead of video. It makes it easy to pick up where it stopped and gives you more flexibility in post.
About the driver, if it just slows down a lot. Try the Nvidia driver from September 2024. I think that’s the one without the slow-down bug.
